Core Studio

Core Studio is a shared yoga and fitness space in Sioux City, Iowa, designed for entrepreneurs and teachers to offer classes and workshops without long leases or high overhead. The studio is available for hourly rental any day of the week, day or night, and is ideal for fitness classes, yoga, pilates, meditation, small group events, and workshops. Amenities include aerial hammocks, yoga mats, chairs, props, a small kitchen with tea and fridge access, a reception area, sitting area, and desk. The space is handicap accessible with elevators, wide doors, and two accessible bathrooms. Located on the third floor of the 1101 4th Street building in historic downtown, the studio features large windows with natural light and original hardwood floors. Parking includes street parking and free parking on the Court Street side. Rental rates are $25 per hour during non-peak hours and $25 per hour during peak hours (weekends 8am-12pm and weekday evenings 5pm-8pm).
