About The Yoga Path
The Yoga Path is a classical yoga studio in Omaha founded by Mark Watson, a teacher with over 35 years of experience. The studio emphasizes a traditional approach where each class builds on the previous one, fostering a shared environment of community and mutual learning. Classes often conclude with tea and discussion, allowing students to reflect on the day’s practice and explore basic yogic concepts. The studio’s philosophy centers on living more deeply in each moment, supported by an inquiry-based practice.
New students are welcome to join at any time, and drop-ins are encouraged. The studio also hosts the Honey Locust Sangha, a meditation group in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, meeting in-person and via Zoom with no cost to attend.
