The studio serves the Quad Cities metro area with classes, workshops, and jams that emphasize playful movement and healing touch. Soft-launched and steadily growing, the space was created to offer a safe environment for connection in an increasingly digital world.
The troupe also offers live event performance, traveling workshops, and entertainment that blend spectacle with a sense of the sacred. Whether attending a weekly jam or a weekend workshop, visitors find an emphasis on building trust and community through partner-based acrobatic yoga.
Classes & Events

The Team
Nikki, the founder, brings a background in stunt cheerleading, dance, fire performing, and aerial sling. She is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance, 2016) and holds certifications in Thai bodywork (220 hours) and AcroYoga International’s Elemental Immersion. Avory is a 200-hour RYT with additional training in AcroYoga, Thai massage, and aerial silks; she serves as the Iowa City ambassador and lead assistant for foundational classes. Melissa contributes as a seasoned dancer and choreographer, assisting with stunts, aerial combos, and troupe coordination. Together, they create a supportive environment where students can explore acrobatics and flowing movement.
